All seven migrants were detained and a spokesman for Suffolk Police said they “received appropriate medical care”. A spokesman for Suffolk Police added: “Suffolk Police were contacted at 5.15pm yesterday (Thursday May, 18) to reports a lorry had arrived at business premises in Haverhill and it’s thought to be migrants inside.

“Officers attended and seven people were found inside the vehicle. They were detained and received appropriate medical care and immigration authorities were notified.” This is not the first time immigrants have been found inside Culina lorries.
