Woman struck, killed by truck in tomato field

MYAKKA CITY, Fla. (AP) – A southwest Florida woman was struck and killed by a truck in a tomato field. The Naples Daily News (https://goo.gl/wEIjnG ) reports that 62-year-old Angelina Mateo was walking down an aisle Thursday afternoon in a Myakka City field. Florida Highway Patrol says a farm truck was backing down the same aisle, and the driver didn’t see the woman behind him.
