Chelmsford city centre road blocked by milk spillage

Comments (0)[1]

One of Chelmsford’s main roads is blocked after a lorry dropped milk crates on to the carriageway. Baddow Road[2], which leads down to the Army and Navy roundabout, is partially closed in both directions. An Arla Dairy lorry was seen parked at the side of the road on the roundabout at around 8am on Sunday morning (February 12), although there is little traffic[3] currently in the area.

Three lanes are also closed on the M25 clockwise between junction 27 for the M11 and junction 28, where the M25 meets the A12 at the Brook Street Roundabout.

One car is believed to have been involved in the accident which closed parts of the road.
