Motorcyclist involved in Guildford crash

A motorcyclist has been involved in a crash on Guildford’s Woodbridge Road this afternoon. Emergency services were called to the scene at 13:43, two police cars and an ambulance were present alongside a 4×4 car and a HGV. The motorcyclist came off the bike opposite HSS Tool Hire, just past the roundabout and has received injuries thought not to be life-threatening.

The road was shut between Recreation Road and A246 York Road, but has now reopened. There is still traffic in the area as a result. It comes just two days after an elderly pedestrian was killed after being hit on the same road[1].

It’s also in the same position as the accident on Tuesday (January 31) night.
