A HAPHAZARD builder was snapped after trapping his own van in a garden with a fence he built. Photos show the unlucky workman, wearing a hi-vis jacket, try several times to free his truck which was stuck on a driveway in Manchester.

After realising his muck-up the builder had to dismantle part of the fence he had careful erected in order to free his white vehicle. The worker tried edge his van between two fence posts but had to get out and try and yank one post to make the gap wider.

Eventually he was successful in freeing his truck and had to redo all his hard work putting the fence back. Col Condrom, 40, of Manchester, captured the bungle on camera.
