Thurrock Council appeal for information after a lorry spilt wet concrete onto the A13

Thurrock Council are searching for a lorry which spilt wet concrete all over the A13. The lorry was travelling of the inside lane towards Southend on the approach to the Orsett Cock roundabout. CCTV footage has shown that the incident took place at around 3.10pm on Thursday, July 11.

A photo shows cars having to drive through concrete after the incident. Specifically, the council are seeking anyone who was travelling through the area at that time with a dashcam to submit their footage. In a tweet, the council said: “Can you identify a truck that spilt concrete onto the A13 on Thursday 11 July?
