29: Ryan Aulisio, 31, of Pittsfield, appeared before Judge Karen Goodwin and entered a not guilty plea to one count of carrying a firearm without a license. He was ordered held without bail pending a dangerousness hearing Dec.

4. The charge stems from a July 11 incident in which one person was injured. Anthony Hoisington, 45, of Pittsfield, appeared before Judge Karen Goodwin and entered not guilty pleas to three counts each of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and reckless endangerment of a child, and one count each of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a child under 14 and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Hoisington is held without the right to bail and is due back in court for a pretrial hearing Nov.

27. He is accused of using his truck to ram a woman’s car while she and her three children were inside April 29. Andrew Gombar, 35, of Chatham, N.Y., appeared before judge Karen Goodwin and entered a not guilty plea to one count of assault to rape.

Gombar has open charges of kidnapping and assault and battery on which he was arraigned in August 2018. His bail on those charges was set at £15,000. He is due back in court Oct.

2 for a pretrial hearing.
