Road crash may leave cyclist with life-changing injuries

A cyclist who was involved in a collision with a truck may have life-changing injuries. Met Police were called by the London Ambulance Service at 12:58pm, yesterday, Wednesday, October 2, to Temple Mills Lane, junction with Leyton Road, Stratford. The cyclist, a woman aged in her 20s, was taken to an east London hospital.

Her condition is not life-threatening. The driver of the truck stopped at the scene and was not arrested. Road closures were in place but have since been re-opened.

Witnesses or with dash cam footage around the time of incident is asked to come forward
