A36 traffic: Long tailbacks due to HGV breakdown

A key road which runs through North East Somerset is currently experiencing delays and congestion due to an HGV breakdown this morning (Friday, November 8). The incident, first reported at 8.23am, has occurred on the A36 Trowbridge Road near to Bath Lodge Castle. A traffic memo from Avon and Somerset Police has stated a HGV has a flat tyre and is “causing queuing traffic and tailbacks”.
