Holderness Road blocked following 'crash with lorry'

Holderness Road was closed in both directions following a collision, reportedly involving a lorry, near the D'Angelo Dance Academy. The major east Hull route[1] was closed between Franklin Street and Wilton Street until 10.25am on Monday morning. Stagecoach have tweeted to say that all their services would be diverted via Cleveland Street and Mount Pleasant.

Traffic information site Inrix reported that the road, the A165, was blocked with queuing traffic[2] causing travel problems in the area.
