Fatal M32 crash 'was like war movie' with 'two victims flung onto road'

A man has died in a "horror" crash involving five cars on a motorway that looked like a "war movie". Police say the man was run over and killed after stepping out his vehicle at the scene of the crash, however a witnesses said he was flung from the car to the hard shoulder on the other side of the motorway. Authorities are appealing for footage after the man was struck on the M32 near Bristol in a dark stretch of the road.

A 26-year-old witness, from Cheltenham, who wants to remain anonymous, was travelling behind the cars that collided and claims to have been the first on the scene. The man, who was travelling with his girlfriend and mother at the time, said he heard a woman screaming "help" from a car as her passenger had been thrown from the vehicle and was on the other side of the road - where traffic continued to pass. He told the Mirror Online: "It was like something out of a war movie.

"I tried to get across but couldn't, and by the time emergency services turned up I think he has already passed away, we're not sure what happened but I think he was hit by a car." Have you been affected by this story? Email [email protected]
