Major emergency response as pensioner hit by truck

A major emergency response has been launched after a man in his 80s was hit by a truck. Police were called just after 3.45pm after the man, aged 85, was hit by the truck on Market Place in Heckmondwike . Several ambulances were at the scene and the air ambulance was called but it’s not clear if it was used.
