A27 crash: Two drivers injured after Amazon lorry overturns near Chichester

A lorry overturned and landed on the central reservation near Chichester at about 5.40am. Police were told a car had collided with the lorry after it overturned. The lorry driver – a 62-year-old man – suffered a serious injury and has been taken to hospital.
His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing.

Firefighters tackle double decker bus blaze on M27
A 50-year-old woman, who was driving the car, suffered minor injuries. Highways England and Sussex Police have warned that the route will likely be closed for ‘a number of hours’. Diversions are in place for drivers.
Police are also looking for witnesses as they begin their investigation into the crash. Anyone who witnessed what happened can call Sussex Police on 101, quoting Operation Milldown.
