Bradford Road, Brighouse closed after crash outside McDonald's

A THREE vehicle crash blocked and closed a major Bradford road for more than an hour today. West Yorkshire Police was called to reports of a road traffic collision on Bradford Road (A641), in Brighouse, near McDonald’s, at around 10.29am this morning. The crash involved three vehicles and the road had to be closed while it was dealt with.

A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said it is believed there were no injuries suffered in the collision.

Traffic was reportedly very slow in the area while the road was closed and First West Yorkshire announced on Twitter that its X63 services had to be diverted, as a result.

But the accident was clear at around 11.56am and congestion began to ease.
