Updates: A412 closed following fatal motorbike crash in Denham

Thames Valley Police have closed a main road in Buckinghamshire this morning following a fatal crash involving a motorbike. The A412 Denham Road is currently shut from Junction One of the M40 towards Iver at Denham after police patrols came across the accident at around 4.20am today (Monday, November 30). Nothing could be done to save the motorcyclist, a 34-year-old man, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

His family have been informed. Police say the road will be shut for some time as collision investigation work continues – with motorists asked to avoid the area. A Thames  Valley Police spokesman said:  “The road is closed from junction one of the M40 towards Iver.

“This follows a fatal road traffic collision involving a single motorcycle, an orange KTM motorcycle. “The A412 will be closed in the direction of Iver for a considerable amount of time while collision investigation conduct enquiries at the scene.” Anyone with any information about the collision is being asked to contact Thames Valley Police online or call 101, quoting reference number 168 (30/11).
