Kate Moss stranded in Cotswold village after car ordeal

The Cotswolds are home to a wealth of famous faces, and supermodel Kate Moss is one of them. The celebrity owns a mansion in Gloucestershire where she stayed during lockdown, and also enjoyed a countryside spin in her beloved blue vintage MG on Wednesday (September 8.) But it didn’t end well for the star, whose road trip came to an unglamorous end on a grassy verge in Burford as her much loved car broke down on the side of the A361.

The model was forced to abandon her car, which was eventually recovered by Lechlade-based Morse Motors, who maneuvered it onto a pickup truck on the side of the busy A road.

It took a team of mechanics to holster the car up, before it was eventually taken to a garage. It is believed Kate stayed in her Cotswolds mansion with family during lockdown, as model sister Lottie Moss posted pictures to Instagram there last summer. She also stayed with her long-term boyfriend Count Nikolai von Bismarck, 33, daughter Lila Grace, 17, and best friend and hairdresser James Brown.
