Brickyard Farm, Lower Road, Croydon, SG8 0HA I have a small front garden (approximately 10 metres by seven metres) and in this garden there is a large tree which is either a Cuppressus Funebris or a Cupresus Cashmeriana which has completely outgrown the plot. This tree is now obstructing the public footpath in front of my garden and is a danger to my neighbour and ourselves as we drive our cars off of our drive as it is obstructing our view to oncoming traffic.

I wish to have this tree removed before an accident occurs. there are four other much smaller trees in the front garden and the larger tree has started to kill two of them due to its large size. I will replace the removed tree with a more sensible smaller tree. I have discussed the situation with the tree warden (Timothy Scott) in our village and he agrees it is clearly the wrong tree for the location and has become a hazard.
