Coca Cola Christmas truck tour confirms first stop

Holidays are coming – and so is the Coca-Cola Christmas truck. After the tour was cancelled last year due to the pandemic, fans of the drinks giant can’t way to see it roll up once again. The date for the first stop has now been revealed, with more to follow shortly.

It will visit the Silverburn Shopping Centre in Glasgow this Wednesday, November 24, where visitors will be able to get their festive selfies in front of the famous red truck and get a free 150ml can. : The ultimate guide to Christmas events for kids in Manchester We’re still waiting to hear whether the truck will pay a visit to Manchester, but on the last tour back in 2019, it stopped off at both Asda Eastlands and The Trafford Centre.

Instead of announcing the full schedule, Coca Cola is this year confirming individual stops closer to the time and is urging people to keep an eye on its website here for updates.

The Coca-Cola truck first appeared on screen in November 1995 and has since become a familiar fixture in festive TV schedules across more than 100 different countries.

The classic advert shows a procession of twinkly trucks snaking their way through a snowy landscape, lighting up Christmas trees and houses as they pass while children watch in wonder.
