Lorries destroyed in fire at truck stop
Two lorries went up in flames after a camping stove fire got out of control. Both HGVs – which were loaded up with bales of waste paper – were parked at Ashford International Truckstop when the blaze took hold.

A stove was being used between the two vehicles. Police and fire crews were called to the Sevington site yesterday as flames engulfed the lorries.
A picture shared by the Kent Police Ashford Twitter account shows the remains of one of the HGVs.
Officers say no one was hurt in the fire.
