Car ends up on roof following collision on A5

A person was taken to hospital after a crash left a car on its roof on a busy stretch of road near Milton Keynes. Police and paramedics were called to the A5 following reports of a collision between two cars at around 5.55pm on Monday, December 6. It saw the road shut to traffic for more than two hours as a result and was reopened at 8.15pm.

“We sent to the scene, one ambulance crew and one patient was treated by them at the scene and taken to Milton Keynes Hospital”. A Thames Valley Police spokesperson said: “We were called to a two vehicle collision on the A5 at approximately 5.55pm. “The road was cleared by just before 8.15pm”.
