M23 updates after accident involving car and overturned van

An accident involving a car and an overturned van blocked traffic on the M23. The southbound route was closed for more than three hours due to the crash on Wednesday, December 1, according to traffic and travel website Inrix. There was a shed load of scaffolding from J10 to J11 from the accident in Crawley, near Gatwick, just over the Surrey border.
