Crash leaves driver with broken collarbone as truck driver flees

A driver was left with a broken collar bone after a collision in Bridgwater. The police are appealing for information after one of the vehicles involved failed to stop after the collision on Westonzoyland Road. The crash, which included a silver VW pick-up truck and a moped, happened on June 10 at around 2.30pm.

It was the pick-up truck that failed to stop at the scene. One driver was taken to hospital for medical treatment on a broken collar bone. He has since been discharged.

We’d also like to hear from anyone with dashcam footage.
