“In April 2021, the organisation became the country’s largest residential care provider to receive a Real Living Wage accreditation. Providing the Real Living Wage means Borough Care pays its staff significantly more than the industry average hourly wage for care workers.” Borough Care CEO, Dr Mark Ward, said: “Receiving a perfect score of 10 out of 10 on is a testament to the dedication of the team at Hen Cloud House, and something that we can all be proud of.

“Borough Care is a great organisation to work for, with clear career progression, fair pay, and a range of benefits on offer. We are really looking forward to hearing from candidates in Leek and the surrounding areas who share our passion for helping residents to live life in colour.” To find out more about Hen Cloud House visit
