Second van stolen from industrial estate in four days

A second van has stolen from an industrial estate – just days after one containing GBP20,000 worth of wedding items was pinched. The vehicle was stolen from a site in Burntwood, Staffordshire. A white Citroen Relay van was stolen from a unit on Cobbett Road, just after 10pm yesterday, June 7. A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said: “Officers are appealing for information after another van was stolen overnight from a business park in Burntwood.

“It is believed that this latest theft may be linked to one reported on Sunday (June 4), where a van containing approximately GBP20,000 in wedding decor was stolen from the same location. The offenders may have been travelling in a white vehicle prior to the theft. “Anyone with any information or relevant CCTV or dashcam footage of the area at the time of this latest theft is asked to contact us on 101, Facebook or Twitter, quoting incident 205 of 8 June.
