- Firm's Insta looks like a football hall of fame, with stars crisscrossing Europe

The summer transfer window is in full swing, but it is not only agents and club owners who are working full tilt - behind the scenes the removal men who ship the star players' belongings across the globe are flat out, too.
Elite footballers are crisscrossing the world this month as squads worth hundreds of millions of pounds are assembled for next season and VIP shippers are following them to all corners of almost every continent, to fetch or deposit prized possessions.
'[Once the deal is done] they want to move tomorrow, or today even', said Andy Wells, owner of Premier Relocations, who will move more than 100 players this summer.
Premier Relocations moved Erling Haaland from Germany to Manchester after his transfer
'Last summer we moved about 100 all over the world. It is not just the UK and Europe, it is the US and Australia.
This summer it is even busier,' added Wells.
The London-based firm are removers to the rich, but specialise in the top footballers who are coming to or departing from the Big Five leagues in Europe, as well as the States.
Their Insta is like a hall of footballing fame.
Among their recent clients are Erling Haaland, who arrived at Manchester City from Borussia Dortmund earlier this month, Gareth Bale, who is just back nine years after he left for Spain before heading to America, as well as Dele Alli, Lucas Digne, and Theo Walcott.
The company brought Kieran Trippier's gear back to England after he left Atletico Madrid last season, having won LaLiga, before joining Newcastle United, and they moved former Chelsea midfielder Saul Niguez when he joined the London club on loan from Atletico in 2021.
The firm usually receives a call from an agent or club executive alerting them to an imminent move and then an advance team hits the road to survey the home. With offices in London, Madrid and Barcelona, as well as partners in capitals across the globe, they are never far away from the next big deal.
Premier have a close relationship with City, a club that's focused on helping players settle
The removal company posted a picture on their Insta of their staff with Haaland after the move
'We can have a player in New York and we can have someone in his house within 24 hours,' said Wells, who spoke to Sportsmail in between three meetings with players planning transfers, on Thursday. 'We are the best at what we do in my opinion. No one else goes to the levels we go to.'
Once they have assessed the job, a team of six specialist movers are dispatched to load up to three 18-tonne lorries with the belongings of the player and his family.
Wells, who is on speed dial for most of the game's super-agents, says the requirements vary from player to player, depending upon how established they are, or how long they have been at their club.
'It can be just one or two bags,' he said. 'Or, if a player is settled with his family it can be two or three truck loads.'
The moving team may take days to dismantle installations and carefully store the expensive artwork and trophies that often adorn the homes of the best players in the business.
In one Instagram post, full-size replicas of the Premier League, FA Cup and EFL Cup are being carefully packaged up.
'Best in the business' commented former Chelsea and England centre-back, John Terry, who won the Premier League title and the FA Cup five times, and League Cup on three occasions.
He could easily have been talking about the removal team, or himself.
While former Arsenal and Manchester City left back Gael Clichy, another happy customer, posted fire emojis.
The movers say they strike up a rapport with the footballers and their families, and are often treated to dinner by their celebrity clients.
Haaland, who moved from Germany to the North West, following his GBP51M transfer to City this month, was happy to pose for pictures with the removal team, which they shared on Instagram. Premier Relocations have a close relationship with City, which was one of the first clubs to pioneer player care packages for new arrivals and manage moves carefully.
Premier Relocations not only supports the players when they move to City, but they do removals in the region, too, if the stars buy a new house or have possessions they want shifted.
The company moved Gareth Bale to Spain when he moved to Real Madrid nine years ago
They also moved the golf-loving Welshman back from Spain this week, but wouldn't say how many golf bags were packed on the wagons
Meanwhile, the team have been hard at it in Madrid this week, packaging up Bale's possessions after his contract expired at Real, finishing the job on Wednesday.
Premier Relocations had originally moved the Welsh international to Spain when he joined Los Blanco's from Spurs in 2013 for a world record GBP85M.
The movers would not be drawn on how many golf bags were loaded onto the wagons as he headed for home, but they will no doubt be going stateside when he reports for duty at Los Angeles FC following his move to the MLS.
It is not unusual for the company to follow players around Europe or through their career and beyond.
Among the company's staff, one of the most popular footballers is Fernando Torres, who they moved from Liverpool to London, when the forward signed for Chelsea in 2011, and then on to Milan in 2015 when he joined Inter, and finally to Madrid, where he played for Atletico from 2016.
Torres bought the removal team tickets to Real Madrid versus Atletico Madrid to say thank you.
Premier Relocations have two big transfer moves this week, and last week they helped a player relocate to southern Europe, complete with his GBP160,000 Mercedes G63, but they prefer not to divulge who and where. Removal men, it turns out, can be a very discreet bunch.

Among Premier's clients last season, who were happy to endorse them publicly, were Dele Alli, who moved from Spurs to Everton and Lucas Digne, who went in the opposite direction down the M6, from The Toffees to Aston Villa.
Former Arsenal striker, Alexandre Lacazette, now back at Lyon, has been moved, Southampton winger Theo Walcott has been a regular client over the years as has John Terry, who is apparently a three-lorry job, these days.
It must be all those trophies.
Match of the Day pundit and the Premier League's all-time top scorer, Alan Shearer, popped up on the removal firm's Insta too - in one picture he appears to be in his living room, thanking the team.
When it comes to moving footballers, they want the trappings of their trade to go with them. So, a dedicated team dismantles saunas and extensive home gyms, before reassembling at the other end.
And they do a lot of cars. Lamborghinis and Ferraris are the preferred choice, with many players asking for two or three vehicles to be carefully shipped to their new accommodation.

When the company moved former Boyzone singer-songwriter Ronan Keating recently, it was a grand piano that was his 'pride and joy'.
He had bought it from George Michael.
'We will move anything,' says Wells, and that includes family pets.
Player care is growing industry, particularly at the super elite level of the game, and Premier provide services beyond expert removals.
Wells says he has been woken in the middle of the night with players' wives panicking over where to get their nails and hair done.
But, he explains, many players and their families find themselves in a strange city, where they may not speak the language and they are in the public eye.
Normal routines are turned on their heads, which brings a level of stress.
Helping players and families to find their feet and ease the transition is all part of the service, and one that clubs are happy to pay for because they want their new stars to hit the ground running.
'[The players] have got more important things to think about,' said Wells. 'It is more important for them to be up and running on the pitch and not worry about the move.'
